Unless you cancel before the trial expires, the subscription continues at £99 + VAT per month. Line rental charges plus any SMS, email and AI usage charges may apply during both the trial and the paid subscription.

Yes. Standard personal onboarding is included with no separate setup fee. Any additional locations, custom integrations or non-standard build work will be discussed and quoted separately before work begins.

There is no minimum contract. After the trial, cancellations require ten working days' notice before renewal and take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Requests are made by email. During the seven-day trial, cancellation can be submitted at any time before the exact trial expiry. Payments already taken are non-refundable except where legally required.

The standard subscription includes one Google Business Profile location. Additional locations can be supported, but the structure, setup and price will be agreed separately before they are added.

No. Your business keeps full ownership of its Google Business Profile. We only need the appropriate access required to connect and manage the agreed review features, and you remain in control of the profile.

No. The system creates a more consistent process for requesting genuine customer feedback and managing reviews. It cannot guarantee a particular number of reviews, star rating, Google ranking, enquiry level or revenue result.

Your subscription includes UK-based, email-first support. A telephone call or online meeting can be arranged where discussing the issue directly is the most practical way to resolve it. Email support is available Monday to Friday, 10:00am–4:00pm, excluding bank holidays.
